Jackie really helped me to step back and evaluate what’s important in order to move forward. She guided me through how to look at the broader definition of health; not just nutrition and movement but developing mental clarity. I have been able to define my whys, create goals, and establish new habits to achieve an enhanced holistic lifestyle. Most importantly, Jackie helped me recognize that I need “me” time to reset and be able to take care of my family because you can’t pour from an empty cup.
